How Commissioning a Portrait Works
1. Choose Your Size
We create portraits in X and Y sizes. Please look at the prices listed below for each option to help you decide.
2. Make Your Booking
You can make a booking by filling out the order form below. We require a deposit of 50% of the overall price to secure your booking.
3. Choose your photos
A good, clear photo will help to make a beautiful painting. Have a look at our guidelines below to help you decide. If you’re not sure, don’t worry, you can send a few photos and we can advise on which is best to use
4. Painting Begins
If needed, we may get in touch to confirm some details and then painting will start straight away. As everything is painted by hand, start to finish, it will take 2 – 4 weeks for your portrait to be sent out. If the painting may take longer for any reason, we will be in touch about that ahead of time.
5. Finishing your portrait
On completion, we will send a picture of the portrait of your pet to you to confirm that you’re happy. Once you are happy, we will ask for the balance of the payment.
6. Shipping
We carefully package and ship every portrait using DPD registered shipping/probably that anyway
